& guess what! I gained my weight back -_-
losing weight is definitely a lifestyle change, not a diet
& I learned that the hard way
I gained like 15 lbs back, which is NOT poppin!
(I had actually lost 20 lbs last summer)
Going on here gave me so much motivation
& documenting my progress helped A LOT!
So I’m gonna try to log on here more often because it really helps :)
& hopefully I can find more fitblrs to follow :D
